The rules for our online Certamen Competitions over Zoom are to have fun!
Certamen is a quiz game where the questions relate to classical language, mythology or ancient history. The Moderator asks the questions and the individual or group with the right answer wins a point. The way we play Certamen on Zoom is that individuals or groups (who are in the same location together) can join the Zoom conference. The Moderator will ask questions and keep score. The first party to raise a hand is given the opportunity to attempt an answer. If they are not able to answer correctly, other participants will have a chance to raise their hand.
